Alexander was born July 23, 1982 to Susan L. Scott and Claude E. Monday, Sr. here in Toledo, then went back to Northern California, then back to Toledo. He attended Whittier, Devaeux and Start High Schools, later receiving his GED. Alex worked various jobs, but his passion was wrenching on cars with his oldest brother, Claude, Jr.
He is survived by his parents, Susan Scott and Claude Monday, Sr.; Children, Alexis Rose, Alex Scott, Jr., and Adrien P. Bain; brothers, Daniel, Michael Todd, Eddie Monday; sister Jennifer “Rat” Hawkins; grandfather, Samuel A. Scott and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many women. He was preceded in death by his brother, Claude Monday, Jr.; grandparents, Marilyn and Bud “Papa” Ansted and great aunt, Barb Young.
Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 2820 West Alexis Road, Toledo, Ohio 43613, where he will lie in state after 9:30 am. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
